Free Insight Meditation Class

by Renowned Teacher Dennis Warren

 

Dennis has practiced Insight Meditation  for twenty years

and is a member of The Dharma Leaders Program at The Spirit Rock

Meditation Center.  His courses are based on the premise that

meditation practices can be a powerful source of inspiration and

energy for living, problem-solving and healing. His instruction emphasizes

the integration of meditation practices with everyday life and the

work place.

 

This very special class will be held on Saturday, May 3rd, from

12 Noon to 1p.m. Our address is 6511 Dunedin Place, Elk Grove.
