The week of September 3 I took 8 hours of rowing instruction at the CSUS Aquatic Center.

I had a great time.  The CSUS Aquatic Center offers great classes and some of the cheapest fun in the Sacramento area.

A high-performance rowing shell like this rents for just $8 per hour.  It is great exercise.
