Daily Work
Varies from 3 to 6 hours per day, Monday - Friday

3 weeks at training salary.

Location
Home-office in Sebastopol, California, adjacent to northwest Santa Rosa, surrounded by vineyards, gardens and an orchard with 14 varieties of fruit. The office is shared with a 100% raw food cat.

The Ideal Candidate is:
    * a self starter who enjoys multitasking.

    * experienced in office systems, administration, customer service, and bookkeeping.
    * positive, flexible, detail-oriented and proficient at solving problems.
    * well poised and demonstrates enthusiasm.
    * comfortable with the raw food message and supportive of the philosophy of Natural Hygiene.

    * Publishing/selling/distributing Living Nutrition Magazine, books, healthful products and a catalog.

* Production of professional Raw Passion seminars across the U.S. and annual Rawstock festivals, as well as lectures and workshops.

Healthful Living International Functions
* Healthful Living International is a nonprofit public health education corporation carrying on the great legacy of Natural Hygiene, providing health education symposia, educational materials including a monthly eNewsletter, and a networking base for people interested in health/hygiene.

Position Responsibilities

- Administrative Duties: making referrals; travel coordination; expense reporting; providing phone and e-mail customer assistance; processing on-line payments; bookkeeping; billing; managing and reconciling bank accounts; payroll; managing inventory and sales; sending out group e-mails, letters and flyers; maintaining, sorting and updating customer databases; keeping event sign-up lists; assisting in event coordination; keeping in contact with event hosts and ascertaining records and monies are appropriately managed; disseminating updated details of events appropriately; troubleshooting problems.

- General Office Duties: packaging and mailing ordered products; photocopying; filing; providing phone and e-mail customer assistance; ordering supplies and products, post office runs; operating a mail meter; binding and assembling booklets; making order form updates.

* Optional if capable: web site and online bookstore updates and some design.
