Are you new to Raw Sacramento? Did you hear Victoria's talk last Friday?
Would you like a relaxed atmosphere to meet other people trying to improve their
health & well-being, also? Would you like to sample many different raw
food dishes? If so:
Our Monthly Potluck this Sunday afternoon at 5:30pm
is for you!
Please read our potluck guidelines. I would
like to stress the fact that we ask participants to prepare a dish sufficient to
serve at least 8 people. (If you are a couple, please double that).
You have the option to come without a dish for a contribution of $13 to Raw
Sacramento (very viable for first - timers). Diane Walters will be
collecting funds this month. This Sunday we will be at the country
home of Paul and Roberta in Elk Grove.
Victoria's Weekend workshop was well-attended.
Publicity for this event which included the
Sacramento Bee Article of July 30,
helped bring us many new individuals interested in raw foods. Our mailing
list has grown from 145 to 173 people. We welcome each of you to Raw
Sacramento, and to a higher quality of life.
Someone left a blue & white jacket with a pair of sunglasses in it at Bianca's.

Steering Committee meeting will be Tuesday, August 19 at 5:30 at the SNFC
(Co-op)'s dining area. Any interested member of Raw Sacamento may attend.
