Class "Get Healthy & Stay Balanced" has been so successful, it is starting
for the 5th time. This class, orchestrated by Raw Sacramento member Brenda Kent, is a very
practical introduction to healthy living, covering many aspects of human health
& diet. I highly recommend everyone take this class.

Coach/Chef? Mark knows a person needing housing in Sacramento for 3
months. (You provide living quarters, they provide Raw Coaching &
occasional meals). Ideal situation would include a place to park an
RV. This person is busy & would be mostly gone during the days.
