Gourmet Raw Vegan Catering, Coaching, Personal Cheffing & Parties

Contact Verawnika Clay at rawfood@comcast.net or (916) 366-3898

I have been a 100% raw foodist for 2 1/2 years now and am passionate about preparing and eating raw food. My favorite ingredient in every recipe is positive energy.  Coaching promotes meal planning, answers all your questions, supports you in your personal choices, and gives creative solutions to raw food challenges.  Personal cheffing allows you to include more whole raw food in your diet even with your busy lifestyle.  Having a party? Spend more time with your guests and allow me to create a delicious platter or buffet.

I am a graduate of the Ekaya Institute of Living Food Education, have attended the Optimum Health Institute, and am a graduate from the "FUNdamentals of Raw Living Foods" class from Living Light Culinary Arts Institute.  1st place winner in a raw pie contest, http://www.rawfoodchef.com/html/2005_pie_contest.html   In 2004, I published articles in the local Health & Fitness magazine.

Pamela Spencer, Nutritionist, CPT, Certified Raw Food Chef

Most of the foods I prepare are Raw Gourmet Foods. Although a raw foods diet is very nutritious, I do not teach an all-raw diet. In my practice, I place great emphasis on the importance of good nutrition. Although many diets are popular today, I prefer to stress a few principles of good nutrition that everyone should follow, and tailor each clients individuals needs from there. I accomplish this through nutrition counseling, lifestyle coaching, whole foods, nutritional supplementation and exercise programming. I can be reached at 916-996-6098, and via my website.
